Mobile Money Verification
Resolve TeleBirr and M-Pesa wallet holder names
Resolves the account holder name behind a TeleBirr or M-Pesa number, via the same third-party
lookup used for bank account holder-name resolution (source: THIRD_PARTY_PROVIDER).
Supported providers

MPESA | +2517 followed by 8 digits (e.g. 0712345678) |
You can send a phone number in any common form — 0912345678, +251912345678,
251912345678, or the bare 8 digits — AdeyVerify normalizes it and validates it matches the
selected provider's number range. A TeleBirr number sent with provider: "MPESA" (or vice versa)
returns REQUIRES_REVIEW, not a false match.

REQUIRES_REVIEW | The number didn't match the provider's format, or the lookup couldn't complete. |
